I've been working with beads for years and started casting pewter beads, charms, pendants, statues and findings in 1996.   My first attempt at glass beads was with a welding torch and broken beer bottles.    When I think about that these days it makes me giggle just a bit.   I thought I could save the world from broken glass with a torch.   I moved to the Lower Mainland in 2004, bought a lampworking kit and started learning all I could about it.   Now I have a lampworking/pewter studio that I give alot of my energy to.    Every day I learn a new technique or a new idea comes to me in my sleep.       ENJOY...
